Description: Full Time, Established, Scale 3. Working within agreed service level agreements, provide first line support and assist in the maintenance of the Group ICT infrastructure to ensure complete satisfaction with ICT equipment and service for the client whoever and whatever that client may be.
To assist in the investigation and resolution of problems relating to applications. Undertake specified maintenance procedures of a routine nature and assist in specialist ICT areas when required. Part of the helpdesk support team taking and logging of customer support request calls.
