Apprentices showcase talent

Harrogate College Hospitality and Catering Apprentices descended on Hornbeam Business Park as part of National Apprenticeship Week.

The Apprentices prepared a range of tasty canapés including Mini Sheppard Pie, Salmon en croute and Curried vegetable en croute.
The dishes were very well received by office staff across the park enjoying an early lunchtime snack.
